Helping your day run smoothly is our top priority, and that means empowering you to take action quickly with minimal interruption. That’s why we developed the Accuro Admin Centre (AAC).
The AAC is a self-serve tool now available to Cloud-hosted clinics in all Accuro provinces. With AAC, System Administrators have more control over user and clinic management tasks in Accuro and less need to contact Customer Support to get things done.
Currently, AAC users are able to do the following:
- See who has created their Accuro ONE ID in Accuro Cloud
- Reset passwords
- Reset multi-factor authentication
- Unlock users
- Suspend users
- Force logout of user
- Update email addresses
- NEW! Create new (non-Provider) user accounts and apply permissions
We’ll also be adding the following functionality in the near future:
- Create new Provider user accounts and apply permissions
- View and manage licenses for users
