Our new Accuro Admin Centre (AAC), now available in all Accuro provinces, is a time-saving self-serve portal that simplifies Accuro user management and puts your System Administrator in the driver’s seat. Check out the article in this issue of CONNECT to learn what you can do with AAC now and what we’ll be adding in the coming months.

We’re also excited to announce our new Accuro Resources customer support site, which is your hub for a variety of resources to support your Accuro experience. You can log into your Accuro accounts, find answers to common questions, troubleshoot issues in all parts of your EMR, see important news and updates, access Accuro learning opportunities, and explore Accuro tools and add-ons. Whatever you’re looking for, Accuro Resources is the first place to look for it.

Also accessible from Accuro Resources is our Status Page, offering real-time updates on issues affecting Accuro, Medeo, and FreedomRx. Users can subscribe to receive alerts by text or email, and in the event of an internal or external interruption, subscribers will be the first to know what’s happening and when service has been restored.
