This year, our Training team went above and beyond to empower you with tools and knowledge to make the most of AccuroEMR. Here’s a look at what they accomplished: 

New Learning Opportunities 

• 55 new Accuro Performance Training courses, expanding the resources available to help you optimize your workflows. 

• 2,171 new users to our Accuro Learning Academy (ALA)—a testament to the growing interest in self-guided training. 

• An impressive 11,000 learning modules completed in ALA by Accuro users this year! 

Webinars 

This year’s webinars were once again a hit with attendees. From mastering advanced forms to uncovering helpful tips and tricks, here’s what we achieved together: 

• Accuro Engage users learned how to customize their Online Booking sites and manage appointment requests, and got quick tips for sending secure messages and an introduction to Video Visits. 

• Scheduler Management taught users how to manage their Accuro schedule and optimize clinic traffic flow. 

• Advanced Forms showed users the Advanced Forms menu, how to import values, how to make forms reportable, and more. 

• Tips and Tricks is our most popular webinar of the year, and our trainers shared their favourite shortcuts and expert skills for the Accuro Scheduler, EMR, and Billing sections.
