When healthcare journeys are complex, the long-term treatments, frequent appointments, and ongoing monitoring and testing can be a lot to manage alone. My Care Circle is a new addition to the free Medeo tool for patients that makes it easy for people to get and give support when it matters most.

From Medeo, patients simply invite a family member, friend, or caregiver to become their supporter. Once the supporter accepts, they can see the patient’s booked appointments, join the patient’s video visits, and participate in message threads with the patient and their providers, all as part of Medeo’s free functionality.

As a provider, you’ll use Accuro Engage exactly as before, and you can ask supporters to leave the call or message thread when appropriate, just as with in-person appointments.

For patients, we see My Care Circle as a valuable tool for building support networks, sharing information, and making those difficult journeys a little easier.
