Downloading Forms

Forms in Accuro are one of the EMR’s most used tools. Opening a form in Encounter Notes lets you input patient data and save the completed form right to the virtual chart. Click below to read the tutorial.

Though creating new forms is always an option, Accuro’s searchable form repository gives you access to thousands of existing forms created by clinics like yours. Forms can be previewed and downloaded for immediate use, or edited to suit your specific needs. Here’s how to get started:

Instructions:

  1. Navigate to the Form Editor in one of two ways:
    • Accuro Start Menu / Tools / Form Editor, OR
    • Press ‘Alt’ and search Form Editor
  2. The ‘Edit Repliforms’ window will open; click on ‘Tools’ at the top, and then ‘Publish/Download.’
  3. The ‘Form Publisher’ window will open with the ‘Download Forms’ tab already selected.
  4. Type in keywords from the form you’re looking for and click the magnifying glass (search button).
  5. Select your form from the results pane and click ‘Preview’ to view it.
  6. To download, select the form and click ‘Download.’ You’ll see a ‘Form downloaded successfully’ message when complete.
  7. Click ‘Close.’ The form will now appear in the ‘Edit Repliforms’ window under the category in which it was published.

Search Tips:

  • Try each keyword in the form title. One at a time will give broad results; several at a time will narrow the results.
  • The footer may also have keywords that can be searched.
  • Be aware that spaces before or after a word may change the results.
  • In some cases, multiple users may have published the same form. If you see more than one version of the form you’re looking for, check all results to ensure you get exactly what you need.
  • Check the date on the form background (not the upload date) to find the most current version.
  • To search all published forms, click the search button without entering any keywords. (This may take some time, depending on your internet speed).
  • ‘Category’ and ‘Publisher’ can also be used to get different search results.
  • If you don’t find the form in the repository, search the internet for a clean PDF version before creating it within Accuro. Almost all lab and government forms are available online.
