Accuro Cloud
The transition from Accuro ASP to Accuro Cloud has started for customers in British Columbia, and this is a reminder that as part of that transition, users will be required to create their new Accuro ONE ID. The process is simple, so when you’re notified that your clinic is eligible, we ask that you take action as soon as possible.
For clients using locally hosted services, we encourage you to schedule your transition now to ensure convenient timing for your clinic.
Accuro Engage Enhancements
Video Service Upgrades
We’re pleased to announce that Microsoft Azure Communication Services, the same software that powers Microsoft Teams, now powers our Accuro Engage and Medeo Health video services. This means a better connection and improved performance for video users, with no action required by you. A small group of our video clients have already been transitioned and the remainder will be transitioned before the end of the year.
Group Video
Coming soon! The Group Video feature will allow additional participants to attend Video Visits. Invite a caregiver, a support person, or another healthcare provider into the conversation and create a more comprehensive circle of care.
Appointment Visibility
Patients using the Medeo app can now see both in-office appointments and appointments booked online if your clinic offers Accuro Engage services.
