From time to time, you may need AccuroEMR support. When that happens, there are a number of resources at your disposal and we’ve created a handy, printable go-to guide to help you remember what they are and where to find them. Details of each are included below.

Help yourself with the Accuro User Guide

Whether you have a non-urgent EMR question or just want to learn how to do something better, the Accuro User Guide is your go-to for self-directed learning. This valuable tool provides how-to instructions for your EMR as well as a wealth of functionality information; Search for workflow examples, query key terms, and increase your overall Accuro knowledge at your own pace. You can also find additional user guides included within all companion applications and modules that work with Accuro.

From Accuro can open the User Guide in two different ways:

  1. From the Accuro Start Menu > Help > Accuro User Guide
  2. Ctrl + F1 keyboard shortcut

Client Services Phone System

When you do need live expert help, our Client Services team is always available by phone. And the next time you call in, you’ll notice we’ve made some changes to system. As part of our commitment to improved customer service, we’ve added these new features:

  • A prompt to confirm your clinic/contact phone number so it’s easier to find your account
  • An option to hold your place in queue and receive a callback
  • Enhanced call priority routing

We’ve also made improvements behind the scenes to improve our infrastructure and ensure we keep delivering the service you need.
